Tapping into the plethora of expertise that we have in our tight-knit community, today we chat with our very own D&Co Peer Advisory Group member Nicole, who is the owner and operator of The Zenly Shop. Hi Nicole, I absolutely love your brand. Every time I see an IG post of yours, I am in a better mood! Can you tell us a little bit about your business The Zenly Shop and what you do?
[Nicole}: The Zenly Shop is my gift and service. It was created to help women successfully overcome daily stressors of modern living. We specialize in essential oil diffuser jewelry made from semi-precious gemstones and natural lava rock. Over time, we've evolved into a self care sanctuary. As a wellness visionary I'm on a mission to empower women with an entire mind-body-spirit toolbox using personalized self care coaching, energy healing and wellness education.

What type of things have you been focusing on or actively working on for your business?
[Nicole}: Pandemic life has created new work-life balance challenges for us all. More people are working from home full-time, myself included. For this reason, I've been focusing on creating a workspace that carries the energy of inspiration and motivation. So that I don't get easily distracted by Netflix. In this new season of life, I'm incorporating crystals like fluorite to boost my energy levels and creativity; while also helping to create a 'stress less' work-life environment. My crystal collection has adapted to my circumstances.

If you could recommend one of the most helpful tools or programs to a new budding entrepreneur what would it be?
[Nicole}: My favorite tool for success are crystals, also known as gemstones. Contrary to popular belief, they're more than just eye-candy. Crystals are my go-to tool for a successful work day. There are crystals that support communication like lapis lazuli, perfect for common office areas or conference rooms. You can even try a crystal like amethyst for a calming affect after a long work day.
